Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (CS2 skins), all sales are generally considered final once the digital item has been successfully delivered to your account. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as they cannot be reclaimed once delivered.

However, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. We handle each refund request on a case-by-case basis and strive to ensure fair outcomes for our customers.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

2.1 Non-Delivery of Items

If you have made a purchase and the digital item was not delivered to your account within 24 hours of the confirmed payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during the delivery process that results in you not receiving the correct item or receiving an item with significantly different specifications than what was advertised (e.g., different wear rating, pattern index, or float value), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2.3 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges once they have been verified.

2.4 Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe that an unauthorized purchase was made using your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim and may issue a refund if the purchase is confirmed to be unauthorized.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after the item has been successfully delivered
  • Dissatisfaction with the item's appearance, despite it matching the description and specifications provided on the product page
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Items that have been traded, gifted, or transferred from your account after delivery
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Market value fluctuations of the item after purchase

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your CS Gaming Hub account
  2. Navigate to "My Orders" in your account dashboard
  3. Locate the order for which you wish to request a refund
  4. Click on the "Request Refund" button next to the order
  5. Complete the refund request form, providing all required information and explaining the reason for your refund request
  6. Submit the form

4.2 Required Information

When requesting a refund, please provide the following information:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) for which you are requesting a refund
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (screenshots, etc.)

5. Refund Processing Timeframes

5.1 Review Period

Once we receive your refund request, our customer support team will review it within 1-2 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed to process your request.

5.2 Decision Notification

After reviewing your request, we will notify you of our decision via email. If your refund is approved, we will provide information about the refund process and timeline.

5.3 Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, please note the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
  • Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the current market rate

In certain cases where the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we may issue the refund through an alternative method, which will be discussed with you during the refund process.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Promotional Items and Discounts

If your purchase included promotional items or discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid for the item after discounts.

7.2 Bundle Purchases

For bundle purchases, partial refunds for individual items within the bundle may not be available. The entire bundle may need to be refunded as a whole.

7.3 Account Termination

If your account has been terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, any pending refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied.

8. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at its sole discretion. In certain cases, we may extend the refund eligibility period or approve refunds for situations not explicitly covered by this policy.

We may also deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, even if they otherwise meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may contact our customer service team to escalate your case. We will review your case again and provide a final decision.

The refund policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
