Due to the digital nature of our products (CS2 skins), all sales are generally considered final once the digital item has been successfully delivered to your account. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as they cannot be reclaimed once delivered.
However, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. We handle each refund request on a case-by-case basis and strive to ensure fair outcomes for our customers.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
If you have made a purchase and the digital item was not delivered to your account within 24 hours of the confirmed payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If a technical error occurs during the delivery process that results in you not receiving the correct item or receiving an item with significantly different specifications than what was advertised (e.g., different wear rating, pattern index, or float value), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges once they have been verified.
If you believe that an unauthorized purchase was made using your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim and may issue a refund if the purchase is confirmed to be unauthorized.

If your purchase included promotional items or discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid for the item after discounts.
For bundle purchases, partial refunds for individual items within the bundle may not be available. The entire bundle may need to be refunded as a whole.
If your account has been terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, any pending refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied.
CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at its sole discretion. In certain cases, we may extend the refund eligibility period or approve refunds for situations not explicitly covered by this policy.
